BME is one of Europe’s leading building material distribution companies and active in the distribution of building materials in the Netherlands under, among others, the General Builders Merchant (GBM) brand BMN.

BMN is active in the GBM market in the Netherlands, with over 120 locations. With the acquisition of De Jong & Roos, BMN will expand its ironmongery footprint in the Netherlands.

Banning heeft de aandeelhouders van Centercom bijgestaan bij de overname door Exterion Media. Centercom is ruim 20 jaar actief als buitenreclame-exploitant. Haar reclameobjecten vormen tezamen een groot landelijk gespreid medianetwerk. Met haar netwerken biedt Centercom adverteerders de kans om direct met hun doelgroep te communiceren. Zij is marktleider op het gebied van A0-affichage. Met ruim 36.000 A0-vlakken in Nederland bedienen zij zowel (inter)nationale merken als landelijke én lokale culturele instellingen van succesvolle buitenreclamecampagnes. Bij deze overname heeft Exterion Media het digitale supermarktnetwerk van Centercom overgenomen.

Banning is verheugd BPI Services en haar aandeelhouders te hebben bijgestaan bij de overname van BPI Services door Karmijn Kapitaal.

BPI Services is gespecialiseerd in identificatietoepassingen voor onder meer de Nederlandse kerndepartementen, Nationale Politie, grensbewaking, zorginstellingen en bedrijven zoals KPN, Kuehne+Nagel en Secure Logistics. Het technologiebedrijf levert totaaloplossingen op het gebied van Identification en Smart Sensoring in het binnen- en buitenland. Producten en diensten worden onder andere gebruikt voor het afnemen van vingerafdrukken, scannen en controleren van identificatiedocumenten en het waarborgen van een veilig en humaan verblijf in een Extra Beveiligde Kamer (EBK), High Intensive Care kliniek (HIC) of Politie Arrestanten Complex (PAC). Met de toenemende eisen van onder meer toezichthoudende autoriteiten ziet het bedrijf de vraag naar betrouwbare identificatietoepassingen in een zeer hoog tempo toenemen.

Reno De Medici S.p.A. has signed an irrevocable commitment to acquire 100% of the share capital of Fineska B.V., the Dutch holding company of “Eska” Group. The seller, Andes C.V. is a vehicle controlled by the US investment firm Andlinger & Co. The commitment to underwrite a preliminary agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Eska Group is subject solely to completion of Dutch employee representative consultation procedures. Upon fulfilment of such condition, a binding agreement to purchase 100% of the share capital of the holding company Fineska B.V. will be signed.

RDM Group is the second largest European producer of coated recycled cartonboard, the largest in Italy, France and the Iberian Peninsula. The Group is listed on the Star Segment of the Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and Madrid Stock Exchange Market.

The Eska Group is a global leader in the production of solid board based on 100% recycled fibers in its two factories located in The Netherlands (in Sappemeer and Hoogezand), with an overall installed yearly capacity of 290,000 tons. Solid-board applications range from luxury packaging to bookbinding, from puzzles & games to stationery.

Kargro, the Dutch market leader in collecting and recycling of end-of-life tyres (“ELTs”), was acquired by management in a management-buy-out.

Kargro, headquartered in Montfoort, collects used truck tyres under the brand name Kargro Banden and used passenger car tyres under the brand name Lintire. The collected tyres are either sold for new use, re-treaded by Kargro’s wholly owned subsidiary Banden Plan Europe or processed into raw materials (rubber, steel and cotton). The company is frontrunner when it comes to circularity and is actively investing and doing research in new recycling techniques.
