(member of the Stellantis groupe) regarding the applicability of the new Dutch Franchise Act to their relation with dealers.

The firm is also defending Fiat, Alfa-Romeo and Lancia Dealer Organisation Nederland (known as FALDON) and its 67 member dealers against allegations of ‘Dieselgate’ fraud brought by a foundation. Elsewhere, the group generates a significant amount of work related to the construction industry and it is also increasingly active in the regulatory postal sector. Martijn Jongmans rejoined the firm from AKD in June 2021.”
