Our Employment Team deals with the full spectrum of work-related and immigration issues. Amongst others, our assistance includes supporting clients in the application process for obtaining an adequate work permit, advising on employment contract requirements, and assisting with the implementation of HR strategy. Other matters in which we assist include company policies, both collective and individual dismissal disputes and post-termination restrictions such as non-compete clauses. Furthermore, we have gained experience in supporting companies with large employment-related projects, such as organisational restructures, business transfers, and large-scale redundancies.
