BANNING ASSISTS ARGRICULTURAL ACQUISITION

BANNING recently assisted LEMKEN GmbH & Co. Kg with the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Machinefabriek Steketee B.V.

Machinefabriek Steketee develops and manufactures weeding- and soil cultivation machines, combined with a high degree of innovation. Steketee machines find their way on a daily basis to organic and conventional farmers via an extensive dealer network.

BANNING’s transaction team consisted of Jan-Berend Möller, Gaby Heere and Suzanne Lodder, who worked closely together with Koen Dekker, Luc de Corte and Joost Keijzers of the Tax Team of RSM.
