BANNING advised Sivantos Pte. Ltd on the purchase of the remaining shares in Oorwerk B.V.

BANNING recently advised Sivantos Pte. Ltd on the purchase of the remaining shares in Oorwerk B.V., expanding its stake to a majority stake. Sivantos Pte. Ltd is active worldwide as  manufacturer and supplier of hearing aids and related products. Sivantos Pte. Ltd is part of the joint venture between investment company EQT and Widex Holding A/S. Oorwerk B.V. is active in the market of audiologic care in Dutch provinces Noord-Holland, Zuid-Holland and Utrecht. The deal was cleared by the Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit on 15 april 2019.
