Peter specializes in Corporate Law, with a specific focus on M&A. He assists clients in various areas.  In particular, by guiding and advising them on participation and takeover processes, but also, for example, by assisting them in setting up joint ventures or their corporate governance. Peter mainly acts for entrepreneurs, managing directors and investment funds. They are active in various sectors, including the ICT sector.
