mr. N.M. (Nienke) Prins

Nienke is lawyer in our Corporate Litigation team. She works on various cases in the areas commercial law and M&A. 

Nienke works for both national and international companies, entrepreneurs and financiers. 

Nienke completed the Dual Master Business & Law in Nijmegen. As a result, she has broad experience with and knowledge of corporate, financial and insolvency law. Having also studied Philosophy, she has in-depth writing and reading skills and the creativity to look at issues from all angles, with a keen eye for detail. Nienke loves a challenge and always provides thorough research. She takes all circumstances into account and tailors her solution to the client.
