Martijn is an experienced all-round competition and procurement lawyer. He advises and litigates at the intersection of market and government, with particular expertise in competition law and procurement law. Martijn supports clients in drafting and negotiating (distribution) agreements and provides assistance in disputes concerning such contracts.
In addition, he has extensive experience with cartels, state aid, merger notifications and regulated markets, such as postal services and aviation. In the field of procurement, he assists both contracting authorities and tendering parties. Recently, he has been involved in tenders in a wide range of sectors, including security, construction, defence, energy, ICT, medical devices, education, cleaning and transport.
