After her training as legal and executive secretary at Schoevers, Jeanfrànce worked at Banning Advocaten as legal secretary for Leon Schuttelaar from 4 August 1997 to 31 December 2012 after which she was legal secretary at Schuttelaar Law Firm from 2013 to 2020. On 1 January 2021, she rejoined Banning Advocaten as legal secretary for Leon Schuttelaar.
Since 2024, she has moved to the HR department and, as an HR assistant, she deals with managing personnel files, drafting contracts and all kinds of other HR tasks.
