Debby specializes in individual and collective employment law (reorganizations). She advises and guides companies in restructuring. She helps to implement the intended changes carefully and as smoothly as possible.

She also advises and litigates on file construction, individual dismissal cases, absenteeism files and employment law issues in the field of adjustment of employment conditions, employee participation law and (unfair) competition. Debby acts as a strategic consultation partner for management and HR management of commercial companies and healthcare institutions in the profit and non-profit sector. She also advises (statutory) directors, directors and employees at management level.

Debby pays special attention to cases involving transgressive behavior and integrity. She is also a MfN registered mediator and confidential counselor and acts as an advocate in complaints and disciplinary procedures and participates in investigation teams.

By listening carefully, asking questions where necessary and paying attention to the interests that are actually at stake, it is possible to make the right decisions in a relatively short period of time, so that you can focus on your business again.
