Seminar “Cross-border entrepreneurship, staggering debtors in Belgium and the Netherlands”

Every entrepreneur has to deal with it from time to time: bad or non-paying customers. National borders and associated laws and regulations often do not make debt collection any easier.

During the seminar, Schoups & Banning attorneys will update you on your rights and possibilities for debt collection in Belgium in comparison to the Netherlands. Pitfalls will be mentioned and tips and tricks will be given for daily practice.
