Guest lesson group 6/7 & 8 De Fonkel primary school

In cooperation with IMC Basis of Stichting IMC Weekendschool, we opened the doors of our office building for the second time and provided a guest excursion for students from an elementary school. This time it was the turn of the students from group 6/7 and 8 of Basisschool De Fonkel from Tilburg.

In four teaching days, they discovered law. They met a prosecutor, lawyers, youth workers of the Tilburg Police and were visited by a guest lecturer of Bureau Halt. The students concluded the law theme with a guest excursion to our premises, the 𝐯𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐠 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐢𝐬 𝐯𝐚𝐧 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞 in 's-Hertogenbosch, as the grand finale.

With great pleasure we welcomed the students and gave them a tour of both the Palace and the Old House of Detention, during which the students viewed the cell complex in its original state. A tad exciting!

Following this, a trial was reenacted in one of the original courtrooms, in which the students were actively involved. They participated enthusiastically and came up with very good arguments. There were some budding lawyers among them!
