Webinars 'Labor law in different times'
We are now one year further after the outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19). As an employer, you have probably been confronted with new situations in the workplace and around your staff in the past year. Do your employees structurally work from home? Or do you ask employees to come to work anyway? Can you actually ask that? What do you do with employees who do not want to be tested or are afraid of the coronavirus? And increasingly topical: can you oblige your employee to be vaccinated?
These questions (and the answers to them) are central to our series of webinars 'Labor law in different times'.
What can you expect?
In 4 short webinars, our specialists discuss a different theme per duo every week:
- April 8 - Dismissal and other measures during corona time
by Stefanie van Creij and Debby Hermans - April 15 – Preventing contamination in the workplace; what is allowed and what is not allowed?
by Suzan Wolters and Marcus de Bont - April 22 – Decline in turnover and government support: is there reason to cut back on employment conditions?
by Astrid Booijink and Luuk Osinski - April 29 – Corona and its mental effect on employees, employers and judges
by Jeff van Veen and Jan-Willem de Tombe
We will discuss these topics based on case law and examples from our own practice.
Why are you participating?
After the webinars, you will be able to better determine how to act in certain situations, what you can and cannot ask of your employee and how and when you can intervene if agreements are not kept or instructions are not followed.
Where and when?
On the day(s) of the webinar(s) you registered, you will receive a link from us with which you can log in for the webinar in question. You can then decide when you watch this webinar. A webinar lasts approximately 15 minutes and participation is free.
