Conflict costs a lot of energy, money and time. For all parties. Increasingly, mediation is being used to resolve conflicts out of court. In mediation, parties search for a solution together, under the professional guidance of a neutral mediator. We are specialized in mediation. From their background in the legal profession our mediators are well-versed in the business and personal interests of parties and offer solution-oriented guidance with the appropriate (legal) knowledge. We are therefore proud to announce that our office colleague, [Debby Hermans](https://www.banning.nl/our-people/mr-d-i-m-e-debby-hermans-banning/), has successfully completed the specialization training to become an MfN mediator and is now registered as an MfN-registered mediator with the Mediatorsfederatie Nederland ( [MfN](https://mfnregister.nl/)). With her background as an employment lawyer, she will focus on employment mediation.
