Banning advised the founders/shareholders of Tennispark Buitenveldert - Holding - B.V. in the sale and transfer of all shares in the capital of all shares in the capital of (i) Tennispark Buitenveldert B.V., (ii) Tennispark Buitenveldert - Parking - B.V., (iii) Tennispark Buitenveldert - PROmotion - B.V., (iv) Tennispark Buitenveldert - Sportcafé - B.V. and (v) Tennispark Buitenveldert - Tennis School - B.V. to Buitenveldert RP B.V. Tennispark Buitenveldert is a modern sports center with 15 outdoor and 8 indoor courts.
