Banning is proud to have advised BMN Hardware on the acquisition of the operations of Van Engeland, Wholesale for Construction and Industry.

On January 2, 2023, Van Engeland, Wholesale for Construction and Industry will become part of BMN.

The deal team consisted of Lieke van Aarssen, Stéfanie van Creij and Rebecca Mooren.
