Privacy Seminar – prepare for the GDPR

As of May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies. This means that your organization has barely 2 months left to prepare for the new legislation.

You may already be working on making your organization GDPR compliant, but you are encountering a number of issues. For example, what should be included in the processing agreements? What does the registration obligation entail? And how should this duty be put into practice? Which staff protocols are necessary?

BANNING's Privacy Practice Group is organizing an interactive seminar on privacy this spring especially for these types of questions.

The seminar consists of three workshops that are given in two rounds. This way you can attend two workshops. Each workshop covers a different theme. At the end of the afternoon you will have caught up on various topics.

Due to enormous interest, we have decided to expand the number of sessions. The extra seminar will take place on Monday, May 14th at our office in 's-Hertogenbosch.The seminar on Tuesday, April 10th and Wednesday, April 18th are completely full.< /span> There are no costs associated with participating.

You are very welcome!
