Seminar Highlights Employment Law

After two successful and well-attended seminars on Employment Law Highlights, we have, by popular request, planned a third session to update you on the latest developments in employment law.
This seminar will be held on Tuesday, November 7, from 4 p.m. at our office in 's-Hertogenbosch. 

In addition to the important case law and legislative developments (including the coalition agreement), we will pay special attention to the following topics:

  • Disability and the sick employee;
  • Fraud and privacy in the workplace;
  • The fair compensation;
  • The increased attention for the redeployment of the employee;
  • Current events regarding the DBA Act, developments in the 30% ruling and controversial RVU case law.
