Seminar “The organization surrounding a reorganization”

We would like to invite you to participate in our seminar “The organization surrounding a reorganization“.

After years of economic prosperity and government support measures during the Corona crisis, more and more entrepreneurs are confronted with price increases, economic uncertainty and wage support that must be repaid. Restructuring of the company and/or cutting personnel costs is therefore often unavoidable.

How do you approach such a reorganization? What are the points to consider and what pitfalls should you avoid? We would be happy to talk to you about this during our seminar "The organization surrounding a reorganization."

The approach is pragmatic and interactive. Using practical examples and case law, we discuss the theme of 'Reorganization' from various perspectives.

These topics include:

• The elimination of functions on the one hand and the creation of new functions on the other (and the 'musical chairs method')
• The different bases for dismissal for business reasons
• The role of the works council, employee representation and trade unions
• Reorganization within a group
• The rules for determining the order of dismissal
• Practical explanation and tips regarding the 'reflection principle', determining 'interchangeable positions' and the reassignment obligation

• The do's and don'ts of reorganizations

On Thursday, June 8, 2023 from 3:15 PM to 5:00 PM. Walk-in is from 3 p.m. Afterwards we would like to invite you to our bar for a closing drink.
