Seminar Current Affairs Privacy

The first fines for violations of the GDPR were imposed in 2019. The evaluation of GDPR and UAVG has started. The Dutch Data Protection Authority also announces stricter enforcement. What are important lessons you can learn from enforcement so far? What topics does the AP focus on? What will change in the near future in the field of privacy? During our seminar Current Affairs Privacy we would be happy to update you.

After a plenary session, two workshops will take place, where we will work with you on the following topics:

  • Workshop 1:   International transfer of data (e.g. when using cloud services), what to look out for and what should you do?
  • Workshop 2:   An appeal to privacy rights, such as the right of inspection and right to deletion, do's and don'ts.

The number of places per workshop is limited. You can indicate in the registration form which workshop you prefer. The other workshop is your backup choice.

The seminar will take place on Tuesday December 3, 2019  ;at our office in 's-Hertogenbosch. There are no costs involved. You are very welcome!
