Privacy meeting in collaboration with Hermans & Partners

BANNING organizes with Hermans & Partners a privacy lunch meeting.

From May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies. This means that from that date the same privacy legislation applies throughout the European Union (EU). The Personal Data Protection Act (Wbp) will then no longer apply. Because almost every organization processes personal data, it has to deal with the GDPR. The GDPR places more emphasis on the responsibility of organizations themselves to demonstrate that they comply with the law (accountability). Making an organization compliant requires a serious effort and is no longer optional.

We would be happy to tell you what the introduction of the GDPR actually means for your organization during an informative lunch meeting. This meeting is organized by Banning lawyers and tax specialists, IRS and Hermans & Partners, accountants and advisors.

Date: Friday, November 10, 2017
