Herbert Pasveer graduated from the University of Groningen in 1991, specializing
in Dutch law and administrative law, the latter cum laude. Following his
graduation Herbert entered the legal profession where he specializes in spatial
planning law, environmental law and agricultural law. He has written a number of
academic articles on the latter subject. At BANNING he represents mostly larger
companies, property developers and government organizations. Herbert passed the
course in Environmental Law cum laude at the Grotius
Academy.
