Marja Oude Luttikhuis studied law at Radboud University Nijmegen and has been
practising as a lawyer since 1987. She set up her own law firm under her own
name in 1998, and has been exclusively involved ever since in cases relating to
the law of persons and family law. Marja joined BANNING in 2007. Her specific
experience extends to maintenance issues, the division of marital property and
the settlement of prenuptial and postnuptial
agreements.
