Eva Muller graduated from Radboud University Nijmegen where she took a dual degree course in law & management. After obtaining her master’s degree in Business Studies in 2006, she graduated in 2007, specializing in Commercial and Economic Law and more specifically in Intellectual Property. Eva has been working for BANNING since 2007 in the Company Law practice group, where her main focus of attention is the law of obligations, particularly court proceedings, summonses, statements of defence etc.
