Nina Meuwese graduated in Dutch law from the University of Tilburg and in notarial law from the University of Utrecht (both with honours). Since 2007 Nina has worked in BANNING’s Company Law practice group. She focuses in particular on the law of obligations and civil procedural law. In that context she advises on and litigates in a wide range of disputes. Nina also advises on contracts and general conditions, in order to avoid disputes to the extent possible. She furthermore very regularly writes articles for the Newsletter of BANNING’s Company Law practice group and is the co-author of SDU Commentaar Vermogensrecht.
