Jeroen Mesman graduated cum laude from Radboud University Nijmegen. He has been working in the Property practice group at BANNING since 2006. His main area of work is in commercial property and the law of civil procedure, in which he handles matters of landlord and tenant law, the sale and purchase of immovable property, the contracting of work, apartment rights and other real rights and the general law of obligations. He litigates on a range of matters before the ordinary court and arbitration institutions.
In 2010 Jeroen completed the Grotius Academy's specialistcourse in Property law, with distinction.
