Paul Koeslag studied Dutch law and notarial law at Radboud University Nijmegen and graduated in 2006. He has been a member of the Property practice group at BANNING since 2007. Paul is involved in both private-law and public-law aspects of property law, dealing mainly with liability matters and arbitration. Paul has successfully completed the Private Building Law specialist course of the Instituut voor Bouwrecht and the Grotius Property Law specialist course.
