Marjan Koelemeijer has been a lawyer with BANNING since March 2007, working in
the area of company law. She is mainly involved in litigation in the field of
company law. Marjan is also a member of the research office at BANNING. Before
Marjan entered the legal profession in 2005, she worked for many years as a
university lecturer in commercial and company law at Maastricht University.
