Bram Janssen completed his law studies at Radboud University Nijmegen in 2008. During his studies he primarily focused on Company Law, Insolvency Law and Property Law. During the last year of his studies Bram obtained the Nijmegen Law School master’s degree. In the context of that specialist programme he gained experience as a legal assistant in Rotterdam and London. Since February 2009 Bram has worked as an attorney at BANNING and has meanwhile gained experience in the Company Law litigation practice. Bram thereby specialises in particular in the settlement of disputes in the property sector. In that context he also advises project developers, building companies and private individuals.
