Debby Hermans studied law at Radboud University Nijmegen and has been working in
the legal profession since 1996. Debby completed the specialist course in
Employment Law at the Grotius Academy and is involved in the law of individual
and collective termination of employment (reorganizations). She is particularly
interested in the rights and obligations of the employer and employee if the
employee becomes unfit for work, as well as disputes concerning competition
clauses and business relations clauses.
Debby’s other interests include cases involving both employment law issues and the law of obligations, as may occur in cases of unfair employee competition and amendments to employment conditions.
