Chantal Grouls studied law at Maastricht University and has been practising as a
lawyer since 1999. She specializes in employment law, her particular interest
being the law of individual and collective termination of employment. This has
led her to supervise a large number of reorganizations, devoting particular
attention to the harmonization of employment conditions. She also advises and
litigates on a range of matters of employment law, such as employees unfit to
work, the law of collective agreements and flexible employment relationships,
often acting on behalf of institutions in the care sector. Chantal successfully
completed the specialist course in Employment Law at the Grotius
Academy.
