Marga van Gerwen graduated in 1984 from Tilburg University where she specialized in private law, and then went on to complete a postgraduate course in tax law. For many years Marga worked in the accountancy sector as a legal and tax assistant. She has been working at BANNING in the Property practice group since 1999, with particular focus on administrative law, environmental law and agricultural law. Marga is also much involved in providing legal and tax advice, including dispute resolution involving partnerships, in which context she has extensive experience in drafting cooperation agreements, such as partnership agreements as well as agreements relating to general and limited partnerships.
