Rob Elgers has been practising as a lawyer in the area of company law
(commercial law and trade law) since 1987. Part of his practice is
internationally oriented, with cases commonly conducted in English and German.
Rob has established a reputation as a specialist in corporate acquisitions and
is regularly referred to in professional journals as a dealmaker. In addition,
he is frequently involved in national and international financing projects. He
also has extensive litigation experience in the field of company law. His
clients are mainly medium-sized enterprises in the Netherlands and abroad. Much
of Rob’s work is based on referrals from foreign law firms, often requiring
close cooperation with accountants, tax consultants and civil-law
notaries.
