Sieuwert (1977) opted for the legal profession during his law studies at the Free University of Amsterdam already. Advising and litigating runs in his blood.
Sieuwert specialises in contract law. He completed the Grotius specialist course in National and International Contracting cum laude.
He uses that specialist knowledge and experience for companies in the building and property sector, the chemical industry and other sectors of industry, and in international trade. He advises, for instance, on the conclusion of a wide range of (property) transactions and trade contracts, and on the formation of alliances aimed at such transactions.
Sieuwert is the regular contact for management boards and in-house lawyers of companies in these sectors. By maintaining short lines and client-oriented procedures he is able to rapidly and soundly advise his clients. Sieuwert also represents non-profit organisations. Housing corporations, schools and hospitals have his special attention.
If the client’s interest so required, Sieuwert represents his clients in judicial proceedings with great pleasure and enthusiasm.
