mr. M.O. (Marcus) de Bont
Marcus de Bont studied Dutch law at Tilburg University and has been practising
as a lawyer since 1995. From his work in general pro bono practice, he quickly
went on to specialize in employment law.
Marcus has been a partner at BANNING since 2006 and works in the field of employment law in a broad sense, with particular interest in unfair employee competition and competition clauses. Most of his clients are a regular group of enterprises, from small businesses to listed companies with which he works closely. Marcus’s work is wide ranging, from the law of individual termination of employment to the supervision of mergers and acquisitions in relation to employment law.
Marcus successfully completed the specialist course in Employment Law at the Grotius Academy.
