Irma van Bokhoven has been a lawyer at BANNING since 1992. She studied Dutch law (specializing in private law / economic public & business law) at Utrecht University. Upon entering the legal profession following her studies, she decided to specialize in company law. Irma advises and litigates in respect of national and international disputes in the field of commercial contract law.
