Gosse Boeve graduated with merit in 2007 from Radboud University Nijmegen, where he specialized in insolvency law, financing and security. Gosse also worked as a student assistant at the university’s Business & Law Research Centre (OO&R). Before taking up his studies in Dutch law, he completed aprogramme in management economics and law from a university of professional education. At BANNING, Gosse works in the Company Law practice group where he is mainly involved in the general law of obligations.
