Peter de Boer graduated from the University of Groningen and went on to obtain
his Master of Law degree (LL.M) from Cambridge University (UK). He also
completed the course in Company Law at the Grotius Academy and a postgraduate
course in Employment Law. Peter is active in all areas of employment law, but
thanks to his legal background he also works in those fields of law where
employment law and company law meet, such as the appointment and dismissal of
directors, management agreements and transfers of undertakings.
