This practice group includes a number of lawyers, each with their own specialist nterest, who are mainly involved in FRANCHISE issues, such as drawing up franchise contracts, advising franchisers and franchisees concerning existing contracts, as well as advising and litigating in franchise-related disputes.

These lawyers’ extensive experience in FRANCHISE, combined with the fact that a range of specialist areas such as contract law (also involving franchise), landlord and tenant law, national and European competition law and intellectual property are brought together under one umbrella, means that BANNING is able to provide the best possible service to both franchisers and franchisees. All our lawyers are active members of their specialists association, are regular speakers at internal and external seminars and regularly publish in professional magazines and journals.
