Company law is an extensive practice area, and this is reflected in the Company Law practice group at BANNING. An important part of this practice group’s activities involves supervising mergers, acquisitions and restructurings and all matters related to such activities. Our lawyers in this practice group have supervised numerous major transactions.

The practice group aims in the first place to prevent disputes, such as by drafting and advising on agreements and general conditions. Its lawyers will of course provide thorough advice on the financing structure to be used, as well as advice on aspects of the case involving competition law.
