By public transport, from Rotterdam Central Station

You leave the railway station at the front and turn left into the Weena.
You walk past the offices of Nationale Nederlanden, Unilever and Houthoff Buruma (all to your left) until you have arrived at Weena 155 to a blue mirror-building (Weenahuis).
