BANNING has a large and prestigious Process Support department which performs all forms of work carried out in the past by local counsels.
The Department is headed by Liesbeth Strang, who has been with BANNING since 1 February 1972. Liesbeth completed her training as a bailiff. Helma Verhallen also works in the Process Support department.
Ph. C. M. van der Ven, LL.M. acts as regular litigation lawyer.
E. H. H. Schelhaas, LL.M. acts as second litigation lawyer (when there is duplicate litigation).
The Process Support department benefits from the fact that its offices are located very close to the court building.
