Sanne Jansen graduated in both civil law and criminal law at the University of Utrecht in 2010. During the bachelor phase of her studies she took part in the honours programme of that university, the Utrecht Law College. In addition to her studies she worked as an external court clerk at the Court of Utrecht. She also followed two traineeships in the legal profession, one of which at a law firm in Utrecht and one at a law firm on Curacao. Since April 2011 Sanne has worked as an attorney in Banning’s Insolvency Law & Restructuring practice group.
