Marloes Kuijpers completed her studies of Dutch law in 2011 with distinction at Radboud University Nijmegen, graduating in civil law. Within the field of civil law Marloes specialised in building law. Her thesis related to building law and addressed the possibilities of terminating building contracts. During her studies Marloes gained experience as a legal assistant at a law firm in Nijmegen.
Marloes has worked in BANNING’s Property practice group since 2011, where she is involved in building law.
