Marja studied Dutch law at Amsterdam University. She has worked as a solicitor since 2001, at BANNING since 2010. Marja specialises in building law, landlord and tenant law, project development and other property transactions. She gained experience in those fields at CMS Derks Star Busmann and at Spigthoff Curacao.
Marja has a great deal of experience in providing legal services to project developers, building companies, estate agents, housing corporations, public authorities and private individuals.
