In 2009 Bart Steeghs graduated with merit in Dutch law at Radboud University in Nijmegen. The focus of his training was on company law, the law of obligations and insolvency law. His graduation thesis was of a company-law nature and comprised a recommendation for directors faced with a conflict of interest. Bart has been working at BANNING since 2010 in the Company Law practice group, and is mainly engaged in matters related to the law of obligations and procedural law.
