Mark van Bodegraven studied Dutch law at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam. He has been an attorney since 2001, working at BANNING since 2009.
Mark specializes in commercial law and transport law, and has a largely international practice, focusing in particular on logistics services, carriage by road and agency and distribution. He is particularly experienced in assisting in contract disputes, such as premature termination of continuing performance agreements.
Mark is involved on a daily basis in litigating before the courts and courts of appeal in the Netherlands, advising in proceedings abroad and arbitrating before national and international arbitration institutes, and has a great deal of experience in levying attachments.
Mark successfully completed the Grotius Transport Law specialization course in 2004.
