Nynke IJzerman studied law at the University of Groningen and specializes in employment law in the broadest sense. Following her graduation she went to work for Stibbe of Amsterdam in the Employment, Tax & Benefits practice group from 2005 to 2009. She joined BANNING in 2009 as a member of the Employment Law practice group, advising and litigating on matters such as individual and collective dismissals, employee participation, the position of company directors, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions. In addition, she is highly experienced in drafting contracts, employment contracts, regulations and redundancy packages.
Nynke publishes regularly on a range of employment-related subjects in professional journals, including the magazine ArbeidsRecht.
