Dorien Noordeloos studied for her master’s degree in International and European law at Utrecht University, where her specialization was a combination of competition law and company law. While studying at Utrecht, Dorien also studied at the University of Parma in Italy. Before that Dorien worked as a company lawyer at Philips in the competition law department, where her work included assisting in international acquisitions, advising the business on the implications of contracts under competition law, and giving compliance training courses around the world. She also successfully completed her professional training as a company lawyer. Thanks to her experience as a company lawyer with Philips, Dorien has gained extensive market knowledge and has an extremely practical approach to legal problems. Dorien has been with BANNING since 2009 as a member of the EU & Competition Law practice group.
