Anne-Marieke van Lokven studied at the University of Tilburg and has worked as an attorney at BANNING since 2001. Anne-Marieke specializes in the Law of Persons and Family Law. She graduated cum laude from the Family Law specialist course of the vFAS. Anne-Marieke focuses primarily on divorces and the related legal proceedings, and furthermore acts as a divorce mediator. She also has experience and interest in child and other maintenance issues and questions of matrimonial property law, in particular the settlement of prenuptial agreements.
